Challenge
The main challenge was reading financial data repeatedly and then entering in another system. Which leads to lots of mistakes especially when the system is being used by non-technical persons (sales)?
Solution
The solution was development of a software component which can facilitate the integration between two systems.
The solution includes developing consensus around business needs, then embracing detail and document everything and finally planning and implementing for emerging technologies.
Results
Both systems became synchronous automatically without any human interaction. So Landmark achieved a noticeable Improvement in data accuracy and consistency. In addition such integration made a huge impact which Increased sales, Lowered Labor Costs and Improved Operations as well.
